Job Description
You will play a critical role in helping to deliver real success to the business. This is a challenging and rewarding role that will require you to be a passionate and energetic team player who is achievement-oriented. Providing support to our executive team, in-house sales team and our worldwide team of career coaches.
You ensure the office runs smoothly, performing typical office support duties, including PA duties for our executive team, reception and client support, managing our social media accounts, a small amount of daily office cleaning, general admin duties as assigned by management.
What you’ll get in return:
A basic salary of £8.72 per hour with a review after 6 months
Working 6pm - 6am Sunday - Thursday

Experience:
receptionist: 1 year (Preferred)
Administrative Duties:
Carrying out requests from management as needed
Answering emails and sorting post
Answering phone calls and transferring them as necessary
Managing website functions and social media
Greeting and welcoming visitors

Excellent verbal confident communication, with strong listening skills. A positive attitude; displaying self-motivation. A team player, encouraging, helpful and cooperative. A willingness to learn, develop and grow within the business. Work experience with reception/office administration duties.
