Job Description

The Finance Analyst will report to the Senior Finance Manager and will manage a Finance Business Partner. They will be responsible for the delivery of financial business partnering support to nominated departments.

Key responsibilities will include;

• Working with stakeholders to support decision making across departments
• Supporting the development and implementation of the Authority's Medium Term Forecast and annual budget process
• Developing financial budget and monitoring processes to make them more robust and less resource intensive
• Providing financial information, advice and support on the management and monitoring of budgets and associated activities
• Promoting initiative and innovation.
