Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join our Operations team as a Rota's Administrator. This is a full time permanent position and the successful candidate will work a 4 on 4 off schedule 8am - 8pm

  • To build effective rotas based on Client demands
  • Maintain existing rotas based on current requirements
  • Deploy staff efficiently to all new and existing rota
  • Deliver existing schedules by telephone and email effectively and on time
  • Create and implement new schedules for future business
  • Match employees to assignments based on suitability

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Minimum 1 years’ industry experience. IT literate. Good command of English both verbal and written. Knowledge of office based administrative tasks. Good IT skills. Excellent communication, questioning and problem solving skills. Knowledge of “Timegate” desirable. Proactive approach to administrative tasks. Accepts personal responsibility for self-development. An understanding of time management and priorities. Ability to communicate positively at all times. Proactive in all tasks through to completion.
