A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a full-time Legal Secretary/Receptionist to join our well-established law firm based in Pudsey.
Previous legal secretarial experience is essential and a background in Wills and Probate would also be an advantage. Applicants should have a strong work ethic and passion for delivering the highest level of customer service at all times.
Providing secretarial and administrative support to fee earners
Arranging client meetings
Answer incoming calls efficiently and in a professional manner, forwarding them to the relevant internal party as quickly as possible.
Meeting and greeting visitors and making appointments.
Ensuring the reception/client areas are clean and presentable at all times.
Undertaking general admin duties such as post, photocopying, scanning etc.

An audio typing qualification is required. Excellent telephone manner with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely. The ability to remain calm under pressure. Efficient and well organized. IT Literate. A flexible approach to work, with the ability to multitask.
