Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an established and fast-growing business as a Projects Administrator, supporting a team of Project Managers. We are looking for a dynamic candidate with strong organizational skills, able to multitask and manage multiple projects at one time.

Working alongside the Projects Delivery team to deliver great projects to clients, on time, in scope, on budget in order to create happy customers. You will handle the management of all administrative duties relating to project delivery.

Responsibilities include:

· Management of all administrative duties relating to project delivery

· Setting up new project files

· Allocating new projects to Project Managers

· Liaising with Sales Representatives for new project handovers

· Placing of relevant purchase orders

· Sending out Operational & Maintenance manuals at the end of projects

· Organizing of Installers diaries

· Planning and booking of travel and accommodation for Installers and Project Managers

· Booking in of deliveries with delivery partners

· Creation and sending of pick lists to warehouse

· Management and scheduling of holidays for the department


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
· Ability to work as part of a team · Manage multiple projects assigned to you effectively · Manage time effectively · Be pro-active in your approach to tasks i.e. ensure you pre-plan and anticipate potential issues · Be fully accountable for the administration of projects · Lead by example at all times · Strong Microsoft Office skills and experience · Excellent organizational skills · Able to multi-task · Projects software experience desirable
