Job Description

We’re aware a lot of companies had to make redundancies as Covid-19 pandemic escalated due to the uncertainty the crisis has brought.

So, we’d like to make a small, but hopefully key difference to an individual who was made redundant due to Covid-19.

As Purchasing Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing purchasing support for stock items and held stock onsite at Arla. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and relevant stock levels and, where applicable, to source new products from new suppliers.

Any experience of working in a technical product environment would be beneficial, as would any experience of using ERP systems.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Well-organized, with attention to detail, you will have good excel skills and ideally have worked in a similar role previously, with knowledge of purchasing and stores processes – from raising purchase orders, to resolving purchase ledger invoice queries.
