Job Description

This Accountant Role:

• Accounting work including but not limited to sales ledger, purchase ledger, bank and VAT reconciliations, preparation of VAT returns, ECSL returns and CIS returns with use of Xero
• Preparation of statutory year end accounts for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies, including preparation of tax computations
• Assisting clients with bookkeeping and year end queries
• Liaising with other departments and deal with any queries raised

This role is brand new and not expected to be around for long. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years' experience working within accounts and will be eager to learn. An AAT qualification or ACA / ACCA part - qualification would also be ideal but is not essential.
