Job Description

Applications are invited from suitable candidates to provide a range of administrative and clerical services to Bury Integrated Pain Service. Amongst other responsibilities, the role will involve typing clinic letters, preparing notes for clinics and dealing with patient queries.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You must have substantial administrative and clerical experience including a good knowledge of software programs/IT systems such as Excel, Word and Outlook; be able to work on your initiative and within a busy team environment. Experience of NHS systems and processes is desirable. You will at times be acting as first point of contact to our services therefore excellent communication and customer care skills are essential. You should also be committed to team working; adaptable to the needs of the service; and have the ability to remain calm under pressure.
