Job Description

· To work as part of the noticing team, as an administrator through training and coaching from the team leader and mentored by other members of the team.

· To develop and grow within the team to meet with legislation.

· To ensure compliance to the street works act 1991

· To promote the company vision and mission statement throughout the contracts

3.0 key accountability

· Ensure the business unit complies with street works regulation

· Assist with training new staff

· Actively promoting the business with a positive company image

· Enforce and adhere to the company policies and procedures

4.0 Roles and responsibilities

· To asset other members of the team

· To work on your own contract but assist other if required

· Take instruction from office manager & team leader

· Work as part of a team, but can work on own unitive

· Take ownership of your own area

· Ensure high level of the highest level of quality, health and safety and environment management always

· Take out all reasonable tasks from the office manager

· Can investigate issues that are required of you as a team member.

· To ensure safe working methods

· To operate all system under the legal procedures

· To encourage and be a role model for customer care

· To be flexible with regards to work duties

· To ensure compliance always with company policies and procedures

Hours of work

· 8.30 – 4.30 Monday to Thursday and Friday 4.00

· No week ends

· Bank holiday off

Report to Office manager

Manage own workload within the role.

Liaison with: -

Internal

· Office manager

· Team leader

· Other members within the team

External

· Clients

· Agent

· Highway

· Other outside bodies

You will be working towards a Business Administrators level 3 Apprenticeship standard with City Skills. Includes an electronic portfolio for evidence and regular Digital tutoring sessions.
