· To work as part of the noticing team, as an administrator through training and coaching from the team leader and mentored by other members of the team.

· Take out all reasonable tasks from the office manager

· To ensure safe working methods
· To operate all system under the legal procedures

· To be flexible with regards to work duties
· To ensure compliance always with company policies and procedures
Hours of work
· 8.30 – 4.30 Monday to Thursday and Friday 4.00
· No week ends
· Bank holiday off
Report to Office manager
Manage own workload within the role.

You will be working towards a Business Administrators level 3 Apprenticeship standard with City Skills. Includes an electronic portfolio for evidence and regular Digital tutoring sessions.
