My client are seeking an experienced Customer Support Administrator to join their established team. Day to day the role will be varied between administrative and customer support duties where you will deal with any incoming queries, manage the centralized inbox, conduct any investigation work, process any applications/paperwork as necessary, follow up with clients where necessary and support the wider team with any ad-hoc duties. Energy experience is preferred!
Responsibilities
· Working as part of the operations team to provide excellent service across the board
· Dealing with inbound customer enquiries via email and telephone
· Making follow up outbound calls to customers
· Liaising with suppliers and other 3rd parties as well as customers
· Effectively deal with any customer billing enquiries
· Investigating complex queries as they arise
· Resolving any customer complaints in a prompt, professional manner
· Keeping on top of daily administration duties
