Your Role
As the administrator, you will work closely with the Management Team in order to ensure a high quality of administrative support is delivered across the business.
Specifically, you will:
Provide comprehensive administrative services, including management of diaries and individual expenses, in order to facilitate the smooth running of the business
Support and work across our service, sales, accounts and operations teams assisting in the booking and organization of delivery, installation and commissioning of products and filing/preparing sales specific documentation.
Making the necessary arrangements for visitors to the site, coordinate the arrangements for events, meetings and training including meeting room set up and refreshments
Maintain stock levels of stationery, consumables and miscellaneous items as required
Book hotels, car hires and flights for all staff and associates as required
Maintain control of documentation and shredding of confidential documentation
Manage the process of bringing in new starters to the company
Support the leaver processes, liaising with the relevant personnel to inform and update systems
Answer the telephone in a professional and courteous manner

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Previous administrative experience within a busy environment. Excellent organizational skills and an ability to multi task within a fast paced organization. Strong initiative and problem solving skills together with a great attention for detail. Ability to build effective relationships with line managers, employees and associates in all levels of the business. Excellent IT skills, particularly Microsoft excel and word. Ability to demonstrate a professional, confident and ‘can do’ attitude. Excellent communication, organization and time management skills. Ability to work confidentially at all times.
