Job Description
The role involves the daily administration of customer accounts, supporting the manufacturing process.
Key Responsibilities & Tasks:
- Daily Management of a small team of 5 people
- Ensure Daily KPI’s are achieved
- Ensure Holidays are planned accordingly, so no capacity issues arise
- Processing and data entry of all customer orders
- The management and distribution of customer reports
- Ensure all system order notes are kept up to date and accurate
- Daily filing of orders and location of relevant patient files
- Any other duties as required
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Customer Service or administration experience. PC Literate. Interpersonal skills. Numerate.
