Our client are in the market for a permanent Management Accountant due to exponential growth - which is very positive to hear, in the current climate! This is a very unique but demanding business and would only suit someone who understands the worth ethics of a small business set up - this is a roll your sleeves up and get stuck in kind of environment and needs a candidate who can manage the owners expectations and manage up where necessary. This environment is quite unique and wouldn't suit everyone - you can go from being childish and silly, flaying football on the cow field one minute to being all hands to the pump the next! They have a true family feel to them and are looking for the next addition to their family.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

* Qualified to Level 4 as a minimum * Worked in a 360 degree accounts role * Ideally have worked for a smaller business *VAT Returns * Management Accounts * Year and Month End Accounts * Experience with self-bill * Xero Systems knowledge * Accruals * Knowledge of all Ledgers * Bookkeeping
