Job Description

Take responsibility for setting up and maintaining the administrative overview and control of Q pulse access to meet our employee needs

You will conduct training needs assessments against current and future trainings to deliver optimal results

You will identify, design and develop learning solutions and have stated measurable objectives.

You will evaluate participants on set criteria, document feedback and share the evaluation with supervisors and participants.

You will track and analyze success of programs as well as recommend and implement creative solutions accordingly.

You will support the quality management system and the other compliance requirements.

You will be responsible for supporting the international rollout of Q Pulse mostly in European countries for training and administration of the software.

Finally, you will also have the chance to lead, coach, motivate, and develop team members and colleagues in sharing your knowledge of Q pulse.

Schedule:

This is a part time role (2,5 days per week).


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Bachelors’ degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required. To be successful in this role, you’ll have significant experience and working knowledge with Q Pulse software, a minimum of 5 years’ experience is preferable. You’ll also have practical working experience of ISO accreditation as well as quality management, within a clinical laboratory would be a plus. In addition, you already have had the chance to get professional experience in a training capacity. You have strong communication skills and ability to influence across groups. You are comfortable working in a cross-cultural work environment, and you possess a multilingual ability (German is highly preferred). You are flexible and able to adapt to a fast paced, high volume, innovative work environment. You are a go-getter, a hard worker, and someone with a passion for science, innovation, and the opportunity to work on behalf of global pet health.
