Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Office Administrator to join our team.
Reporting to and working closely with the Mill Manager. This role will involve working closely with a variety of departments based at the Mill but also at our Head Office Flint, North Wales.
Start Date - ASAP
Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative duties
  • Answering all inbound calls and call transfer.
  • Using an in-house database/manufacturing system
  • Working as both part of a team and also on an individual basis at times.
  • Organize and plan your time to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner
  • Build relationships both internally and externally

Hours of work will be
Monday – Friday
Start time 8am
Finish time 4pm

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
An excellent telephone communicator with a confident personal approa0ch. Proactive attitude. Strong interpersonal skills. Able to plan and organize own workload efficiently. Ability to work as a team as well as individually. Computer literate. With a minimum of two years office administration experience. Experience: office administration: 2 years (Preferred)
