Job Description

We are seeking a Receptionist to work in the Harrogate office of our specialized law firm. The main duties will be: answering the phone, taking messages, making appointments and updating the Client Relationship Management system. Previous experience would be advantageous but not essential.

Administrative Duties:

  • Scheduling
  • Carrying out requests from management as needed
  • Answering emails and sorting post
  • Answering phone calls and transferring them as necessary
  • Greeting and welcoming visitors

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The successful applicant will be reliable, self-motivated, eager to learn and an excellent communicator. Qualifications required for this role are A-levels or equivalent. Very good written and spoken English skills are essential. Experience: administrative assistant: 1 year (Preferred) Education: A-Level or equivalent (Preferred)
