To process Export sales orders, ensuring accuracy and customs protocol are followed, maintain customer files and provide assistance to clients.

Translating documents, contracts and project requirements
Liaising direct with Spanish speaking clients
Liaising with freight forwarders
Maintaining customer files

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Previous experience in a customer focused environment. Excellent spoken and written communication skills. Fluent in English and Spanish. Fluent in French or another language (Desirable). Good IT skills. Flexible and adaptable approach to work. Knowledge of Export processes is desirable. Knowledge of Incoterms is desirable. Team player. Meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of work. Organized and efficient to meet deadlines and deliver objectives. Experience: Administration: 2 years (Required). Export Sales : 1 year (Preferred).
