We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated receptionist with bookkeeping experience. Applicants must have excellent telephone manner, enjoy dealing with customers and suppliers in a friendly, professional manner, and must have some bookkeeping experience. You will be responsible for dealing with existing and new clients on a day to day basis, as well as liaising with suppliers, and ensuring that day to day bookkeeping, such as invoices, is accurate and up to date .
Duties Include:
· Deal with suppliers/customers in professional and friendly manner
· Ensure invoices are raised promptly
· Maintain Sales/Purchases & Nominal Ledgers using SAGE software
· Make Bacs payments and Supplier payments
· Reconcile Bank, credit cards and petty cash
