Job Description

Our client is an award winning manufacturer of temperature controlled vehicles with 5 sites in the Lancashire area.

The position will be based at their busy Homologation and Compliance department.

General duties will include but not limited to

  • Stage 1 Certificate of Conformity (CoC’s) and SoC’s
  • Issuing Stage 2 Certificate of Conformity to the dealers
  • N1 Enhancement documents
  • Obtaining stat, body plates and stickers for production and inspection
  • IVA’s (paperwork, booking appointments and issuing certificates)
  • Ensuring fridge and tail lift documents are saved correctly
  • Trailer VOSA applications
  • WLTP Certificates
  • Updating and maintaining CoPs and approvals
  • Updating systems such as SharePoint
  • Issuing weight tickets when required
  • General administration and use of Microsoft packages

The working hours are Monday – Friday 7.30am – 5pm although there may be some flexibility.

The salary range is £18,000 - £19,000 per annum.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The successful applicant will be computer literate and experienced within Administrative roles. Full training will be provided. Experience within a similar role is highly desirable and our client will review the salary for candidates with previous experience. Experience: Administration: 1 year (Required)
