Your new role
In this senior accountant job you will work a split role made up of 75% accounts work and 25% audit work. You will predominately be responsible for producing high quality year end accounts including handling the disclosures and making amendments. You will be preparing accounts for entities of all industries and sizes and will liaise closely with the clients. You will work in a close-knit team and be involved in going out on North West based audit assignments acting as a senior member of the team. This role will be hybrid working so you will work both remotely and from the office once it is safe to return back to work in the Bolton area.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to undertake this Senior Accountant job you must have extensive experience working for an accountancy practice. . As this is a senior role you will need to be able to work on your own initiative and take responsibility in the role. The firm strives themselves upon their client-focused approach, therefore you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

You will have experience of preparing year end accounts, have past experience working on multiple audit assignments and ideally be able to use different IT and Accounting systems such as IRIS and Xero
