Job Description

You will be working closely with the Chief Finance Officer and be an important cog in the finance team within the business. The role will involve managing and overseeing projects, developing and improving financial controls and processes, integrating newly acquired businesses and producing financial models for target acquisitions as well.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

ACA, ACCA or CIMA Qualified as a minimum Experience within audit Experience in assisting acquisitions from an accountancy perspective Experience within M&A is advantageous Methodical mindset, organised and strong business acumen Comfortable in a high growth and changing business environment Experience within Financial Services would be advantageous
