We are looking for two proficient and experienced Administration Officers to join the Department of Health and Wellbeing’s Public Health Admin Team.
The successful candidates will provide a wide range of administrative functions to Consultants, Senior Managers and Public Health Specialists within the Public Health department. This will include diary management, making appointments, arranging meetings, taking and writing up notes, circulating minutes and agendas as required. The post holder will have contact with internal and external colleagues/partners over the telephone and via on-line virtual meeting platforms. They will be responsible for maintaining filing and information systems and assist in the distribution of information and publications within and outside the Council.
The role requires working in a fast-paced and, at times, challenging environment, therefore strong prioritization and time management skills are essential.
