Job Description

The main purpose of the role is to administrator and develop our ITSM suite (ServiceNow)

Also learn and administrator basic/common functionality within our monitoring platform

Would love them to have or learn Power BI to connect to the applications and provide management information dashboards and reports for operational performance, trends and patterns, insights etc.
