With my Client I am looking to appoint an Export Sales Administrator who will work to support the International Sales Director of this Gloab Business. You will also work to provide support to the Overseas Sales Teams.
complex Diary Management and coordination of Meetings
act as first point of contact or Emails and Telephone Calls
book and make Travel Arrangements
book Refreshments and Meeting Rooms
preparation for Meetings including Word Documents and PowerPoint
process Expenses and Invoices
a wide range of Administration tasks and functions
ad hoc duties as required

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Advanced Word / Excel and PowerPoint skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong Planning and Time Management skills - being able to plan and manage your own workload and schedules. Previous experience of an Office based role. Experience: Administration: 2 years (Preferred)
