Job Description

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a professional Senior Wealth Administrator to join their team. You will be part of a fast paced team managing the work generated by the Partner and offering support as required.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing a high level of technical and administrative support while maintaining an excellent level of customer service to all clients
  • Being a point of contact for clients and third parties dealing with general enquiries
  • Processing all new business for the Financial Planners
  • Assisting with product research to help with paraplanning
  • General administration including filing and scanning

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Candidates applying must have previous experience working for a firm of Wealth Managers as a senior financial planning Administrator. You will understand who the industry works, and be keen to develop your skills and progress within Financial Planning. Excellent communication skills are required. You will be smartly presented, offer first class communication skills, and have the ability to liaise with High Net Worth Individuals.
