Job Description

Our client has a back office team of 4 which supports 6 advisers. Current vacancy requires an IFA Administrator to support the team in providing both admin and para-planning support.

Duties will include: -

  • Processing

- New business
- Withdrawals
- Investment switches within products/wrappers

  • Preparing

- Review packs
- Reason Why Letters
- Review letters

  • Product/fund research
  • Plus general IFA admin
  • The role is 9-5 Monday to Friday
  • 25 days hols
  • Pension and DIS
  • PMI scheme
  • Discretionary bonus scheme

This is a Profile Search and Selection vacancy who are operating as an Employment Agency. In order to apply for this position candidates MUST have FINANCIAL SERVICES EXPERIENCE.

This role would be suited to any of the following;

  • Financial Planning Administrator

  • Financial Services Administrator
