As a Fleet Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
Sourcing hire vehicles - liaising with depots and suppliers to on-hire vehicles to meet operational requirements
Raising POs
Checking supplier statements and liaising with suppliers to solve any queries
Maintaining a Fleet List of all current assets
Adding and removing vehicles from O License/MID/tolls
Paying and challenging fines
Ordering fuel cards for depots
Contributing to the weekly finance reporting

Ability on own initiative. Good understanding of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook. Communicate effectively over the phone and on email. High attention to detail. A good work ethic and ability to work efficiently to deliver results.
