Job Description

We are a well-established family run company which specializes in the installation and supply of conveyor belt and component parts to a wide range of industries such as quarrying, recycling and production.

We are currently looking for an office administrator, working closely with our Northern Sales Representative with lots of opportunity to learn new skills. We are looking for a person to help with the smooth running of our office, to undertake general and varied office duties with an ability to be adaptable within the office environment.

  • Answering phone calls
  • Sales and purchase order management
  • Stock control
  • Work schedule management
  • General office duties
  • Compile data and maintain accurate records on the database
  • Daily interaction with Head Office

Salary: Competitive and dependent on experience

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Office experience is essential. Proficient use of Microsoft Excel and Word packages. Strong organizational skills. Excellent communication skills – written and verbal. Efficient. Experience: administrative assistant: 1 year (Preferred)
