Job Description

You will find this role challenging and enjoyable. The right person will have a keen eye for detail, be organized and able to work to deadlines. You will be part of a team of 6 and will report directly to the Management Accountant.

DUTIES

· Processing orders from all selling platforms

· Generating/printing pick sheet orders for production/warehouse

· Monitor the status of any customer finance related applications

· Liaise with the customer care team on any customer related queries

· Complete and maintain sales invoices and reports

· Match purchase orders with invoices

· Set up new customers/ suppliers on accounting software

· Reconcile supplier statements

· UK and foreign VAT return preparation

· Assist with any month-end reporting as required

· Carry out all ad hoc administrative tasks on a daily basis

Hours: Monday to Friday. Weekend overtime may be required

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
· Previous experience working in an administrative role is essential · Computer literate (Microsoft Excel, Word Access) · Ability to work under pressure · QuickBooks experience but not essential · Proactive individual focused on system and reporting improvements · Excellent attention to detail and well organized · 3-5 years’ experience working in a similar role Experience: ADMINSTRATOR : 3 years (Required)
