Job Description
  • Interpret and process all Admin requirements
  • Resolve order queries and demands
  • Customer relationship development
  • Support of the Sales Administrator

Key responsibilities

  • Support the sales team in managing and optimizing customer relationships
  • Administrative liaison between the internal sales team and the customer
  • Develop positive relationships with clients
  • Act as the point of contact and handle customer needs
  • Support Sales Director and Sales Manager in additional duties required

Main tasks

  • Sales Order processing (mainly via email or web)
  • Resolve customer queries
  • Arrange customer returns
  • Manage customer back / forward orders
  • Upload product files to customers internal database
  • Supply product data to customers
  • Check stock availability on all items input into the system
  • Advise trade customers if any items are out of stock providing approximate delivery date if known
  • Issue an order acknowledgment and confirmation for each order processed
  • Additional Sales support tasks where needed

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The successful candidate will be experienced in a similar role ideally in an Importer. You will have experience of dealing with a Far East supply base. Excellent communication skills are a pre-requisite
