• Work 1 on 1 with the external accountant as well as the director of the company,
• To record all financial transactions, expenditures, revenues, and company profitability,
• To verify and confirm data provided by current managing agent,
• To inform of any procedural or regulatory requirements,
• To ensure all files are verified and available in accordance with legal regulations
• To complete monthly payrolls,
• May be tasked to procure,
• You will not be only limited to the above tasks.

This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate accountant to gain vast knowledge on property management and property development through working hand-in-hand with the director of the company. MD Property Holdings Ltd. currently has 110+ rooms to students in Sheffield and as a company are looking to grow to acquire more properties around the UK either though purchase or development. You will have the chance to grow with the company and be an integral part of the company future. The goal is to make the part time a full time job within one year.

We have flexibility with the current Covid situation and are happy to have remote working for the time being. We are looking to employ a part time employee to work up to 20 hours weekly.

Our candidate must have appropriate communication skills, is a highly motivated problem solver, and has a passion for his/her job.

We have an opening salary range between 10,000-13,000GBP annually and we allow for flexible hours.
