Job Description

My Client is currently looking to recruit an experienced Administrator to join their extremely busy Reception / Admin team on an on-going Temporary basis to cover long term sick leave

You will work within a team to manage a busy Reception desk, including answering telephone calls and managing all related Administration work

The role will be working Monday - Friday 10.30am - 6.30pm - this shift is non-negotiable!

The role is to start w/c 14th December so you must be available to commence work asap with no notice period

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You must have solid Administration experience - Reception would be an advantage. You must be able to work /cope in a busy and fast paced environment. You must be computer literate- booking appointments, updating records / data etc. Strong / confident telephone manner and good communication skills. Experience: receptionist: 1 year (Preferred)
