Job Description

We're looking for an enthusiastic admin assistant to join our Rochdale-based client within a busy office environment.

This administrator is responsible for making sure that customers are provided with necessary documentation and support them with completion of their forms.

They will also deal with customer queries offering a great customer experience.

If you're a natural communicator with great organizational and data entry skills, then this could be the role for you.

As an admin assistant, you'll be responsible for taking calls from customers and supporting the wider team by carrying out a range of admin tasks to help make sure things are running smoothly.

Duties of an administrator:

  • Prepare documents to send to customers
  • Carry out a range of general admin tasks to support the team
  • Learn to check the accuracy of completed documentation

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Work remotely:

  • Temporarily due to COVID-19

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Recent administration experience. High level of attention to detail and accuracy. Great communication skills, both verbal and written. Good organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage a high volume of work. Lots of self-motivation; you're willing to learn new things and have a positive approach. Experience: administration : 2 years (Required)
