Administration tasks such as filing/scanning/faxing.
Maintaining professional and ethical standards in accordance with regulatory principles for the business.
Keeping up to date with legislation and compliance changes.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Previous experience within a Financial Planning administration role Professional communication manner, both written and verbally, including the ability to build rapport and manage client relationships. Good organizational skills. The candidate must be able to work independently as well as part of a team. Able to cope with pressure and meeting tight deadlines. Life and pensions investment knowledge. Experience: IFA Administration: 2 years (Required)
