Job Description
We are seeking an experienced administrator to join our sales team. You will work 3 days per week and due to the nature of the role it is essential that you are an Urdu and English speaker.
Responsibilities will include:
Answering incoming and internal telephone calls.
Processing customer orders
System updates and processing paperwork
Resolving customer queries
Liaising with accounts to ensure payment terms are adhered to
Maintaining the accurate information in a number of spreadsheets and databases.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Fluent Urdu and English speaker. Experience in a previous administration role. Experience of using MS Office. Good communication skills. Good telephone manner. Good time management skills.
