Responsible for support in all sales and marketing administrative needs. This includes international retailers, agents, and distributors.

Resolve order queries and demands

Support of the Sales Administrator
Key responsibilities
Support the sales team in managing and optimizing customer relationships
Administrative liaison between the internal sales team and the customer
Develop positive relationships with clients
Act as the point of contact and handle customer needs
Support Sales Director and Sales Manager in additional duties required
Main tasks
Sales Order processing (mainly via email or web)
Resolve customer queries
Arrange customer returns
Manage customer back / forward orders
Upload product files to customers internal database
Supply product data to customers
Check stock availability on all items input into the system
Advise trade customers if any items are out of stock providing approximate delivery date if known
Issue an order acknowledgment and confirmation for each order processed
Additional Sales support tasks where needed

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The successful candidate will be experienced in a similar role ideally in an Importer. You will have experience of dealing with a Far East supply base. Excellent communication skills are a pre-requisite
