Job Description

Our client is an established, professional, and growing organization that are leaders in their field. Due to growth a new position has been created to support the Directors and be responsible for the companies finance administration, financial and data analysis, business administration, process improvement and IT.

The position would suit experienced finance specialists who are ambitious, innovative with strong data analysis experience and advanced Excel skills.

Salary is between £30,000 - £35,000 with excellent benefits which include 25 days holiday, 5% pension and a discretionary bonus.

Responsibilities include:

· Liaising with external accountants and providing them with information required for month and year end processes

· Processing of invoices and payments runs

· Preparing the monthly cash flows

· Collating information from the senior team and producing financial models

· Able to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders

· To be the point of contact for IT queries, to help build in processes for efficiency related to IT, move the office to paperless

· General business administration as required

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

· 4 – 5 years in a finance role · Strong analysis exposure & advanced Excel · Entrepreneurial mindset, bright and ambitious, keen to progress, improve structure, process, systems etc. · Advanced knowledge of MS Office 365 · Part or fully qualified ACCA/CIMA/ACA– or qualified by experience · Ideally experience of Xero accounting software · Passion for renewable energy and the environment Experience: Finance: 4 years (Required)
