Venrec are pleased to be recruiting for an E-Commerce Bookkeeper to join our clients practice based in Wigan

The role entails

• Managing a portfolio of bookkeeping clients using Xero
• Preparing VAT returns
• Preparation of information to enable completion of US GST returns and EU VAT returns
• Processing online payroll using BrightPay
• Processing purchase invoices using Receipt Bank
• Setting up and managing the integration of Xero between various market places (Amazon, Shopify etc.) using software such as A2X
• Bank reconciliations

The salary for this role is up to £22,000 depending on experience

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• At least 2 years experience working as a Bookkeeper within an accountancy practice • Experience using Xero, BrightPay, Receipt Bank and other accounting software • AAT qualified
