Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

* Speaking to clients over the telephone regarding mortgage shortfalls
* Taking payments and processing on the system
* Allocating and transmitting CHAPS payments
* Bank reconciliations and billing
* Cashiering and banking
* Raising cheques for the team
* Looking at the ledgers once files are completed and investigating and resolving balances
* Customer service duties and ensuring a smooth administrative process for the Finance Function


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
* Previous cashiering or office experience desirable * Excellent numeracy skills * A keen eye for detail and good organisation skills * Able to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment * Excellent team player but also able to work on own initiative * Exceptional Communication skills * A flexible approach to work * A positive can do attitude
