Duties and Responsibilities
* Speaking to clients over the telephone regarding mortgage shortfalls
* Taking payments and processing on the system
* Allocating and transmitting CHAPS payments
* Bank reconciliations and billing
* Cashiering and banking
* Raising cheques for the team
* Looking at the ledgers once files are completed and investigating and resolving balances
* Customer service duties and ensuring a smooth administrative process for the Finance Function
