Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Specialist to join their busy and exciting team
- Manage high volume monthly payroll from start to finish within a team
- Chase and collate all monthly payroll changes ready for input each month
- Process Starters, Leavers and Contract Variations
- Processing of manual payments for New Joiners
- Processing payments for any Overtime and Holidays
- Extensive payroll knowledge for maternity, sick pay
- Complete manual calculations for SMP & SSP
- Experienced with example pivots and V look ups
- Extensive Excel experience, advanced user
- Completing routine payroll data entry on systems
- Processing confidential data and applying updates
- Ensuring the verification and validation of data
- Ensuring the correct application of statutory regulations in respect of data
- Investigating and resolving queries via reference to historical data
- Investigating and resolving queries via telephone and email
- Any other payroll administration duties
This role will be working at home on a full time basis
