Job Description
This is a new role to the company and as such will be a "grow the role as you go":
- Providing administration support to the Managing Director and Commercial Director and the wider commercial team who are responsible for our tenders and over site of the finances throughout the projects.
- Responsibility for updating the internal database system PRO3, with drawings, client, tenders and contract information.
- Proactive admin support to the estimating and planning teams and quantity surveyors, managing the physical drawings, dealing with subcontractor contracts, company insurances, emails and telephone calls to the department.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Previous administration experience, accurate data entry ability, strong excel skills, attention to detail and be a confident communicator both written and verbally. You will also have your own transport due to the location of our offices
