Job Description

Your new role
You will be responsible for full administrative support, data processing, data management, reporting, opening and closing files, processing incoming and outgoing post, scanning legal documents, email management, organising couriers, managing bundles, booking and organising meeting rooms, binding and filing, reception duties, meeting and greeting clients, providing refreshments, photocopying and assisting partners with any requests required.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You will have previous admin experience, you will want to progress your career in administration, you will have experience of working in an office environment, you will be organised, well presented with excellent interpersonal skills, you will have strong IT skills with excellent attention to detail, you will be available immediately and looking for a permanent position.
