As the Administrator, you will support the administration of their funded projects and help coordinate activities related to environmental education programs across the region.
Other key duties include:
Carry out general reception duties including answer phone, distribute post, greet visitors, take deliveries.
Monitor the info email address and forward correspondence to appropriate staff members
General office administration including photocopying, scanning, shredding, filing
Ordering of supplies and equipment and associated administrative processes.
Set up hard copy course leader folders with correct paperwork for specific funders for new courses
Process all end of course paperwork & evaluations on course completion, including data entry, scanning, and saving in line with GDPR.
Update website and social media with the latest news, course photos and information.
Discretion and confidentiality will be essential attributes as will be a clear understanding of the ethos and culture of Green Light Trust. A satisfactory DBS check will be required prior to starting.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and attributes:
L1 literacy & numeracy
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Publisher, Outlook)
Have a sound knowledge of the importance of policies and procedures
Professional and friendly interpersonal skills
Face to face working with stakeholders including participants, partner organisations and all levels of staff
Effective time management – working to deadlines, attention to detail and process orientated
Be able to work in a team as well as proactive, adaptable, and able to work on own initiative
Able to manage personal /professional boundaries when dealing with stakeholders
Own transport, due to the location of our site
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
IT qualification and experience of working with SharePoint Dealing with adults with mental health difficulties Experience of populating /updating, websites and social media working with SharePoint Safeguarding certificate
