Job Description

Duties will include:

  • Loading orders onto the system
  • Tracking shipments
  • Communicating with customers and keeping them updated
  • Ensuring jobs are completed on the system and checked prior to invoicing
  • Ensuring paperwork is filed accurately and in a timely manner
  • Liaising with Operations, Accounts and Warehouse departments

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Previous customer service or admin experience is essential Confident communication skills Can work to deadlines and handle pressure Self-motivated and an enthusiastic character Able to work on their own as well as part of a team
