You will have responsibility for the preparation and processing of the payroll function, associated payments, updating reporting and carrying out payroll related reconciliations
Duties will be as follows:
· Processing a large payroll using a bespoke database
· Sickness, Maternity, Paternity
· Making pay amendements
· National Minimum Wage Checks
· CSA, AEO’s, CTAEO’s and other 3rd party deductions.
· Produce electronic payslips, P45’s and reports
· Starters, Leavers and employment charges.
· General Administration and enquiries from staff and 3rd parties.
· Auto enrolment to the pension scheme
· RTI for HMRC
This role is suited to someone who has extensive payroll experience primarily with a large payroll, you will ideally have experience of bespoke payroll systems. As well as relevant up-to-date experience in payroll administration including PAYE, NI, SSP, real time reporting, SMP. Whilst being confident in creating bespoke reports.
