Job Description

You will be skilled in payroll administration but equally as important is your positive, proactive and professional character. You will be instrumental in processing a sizable UK monthly payroll, in conjunction with a payroll bureau. Your responsibilities will extend to collation and administration of company-wide payroll information, maintaining employee information, support multiple sites in ensuring they meet their deadlines, assist with payroll queries, support with the monthly payroll review and year end payroll procedures. You will undertake pension administration and produce monthly pension contribution schedule and remittance.

You will be a team player. You will ideally have experience of manual payroll calculations and knowledge of current legislation. A vibrant and progressive culture, you will possess excellent communication skills and be passionate about building strong working relationships. You will exhibit a 'can do' approach, take ownership and have a commitment to quality.
