All aspects of Payroll Administration across a region covering both weekly and monthly payroll cycles
Liaising with various stakeholders across the UK you will collate and process all required payroll data accurately and within agreed timescales
Provide an expert point of contact for employees and resolve/investigate any payroll queries efficiently
Ensure all statutory payments are calculated and processed correctly including SSP, SMP, SPP, NI, PAYE etc
Process and calculate various pay rates, shift allowances, bonuses and any required deductions
Pension administration
Starters and Leavers
Processing P60's, P45's and supporting with the year end process

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Previous payroll experience in a fast paced environment. Excellent attention to detail. Previous experience with meeting multiple deadlines. Excellent communication skills. The initiative to work on your own or as a part of the wider team. A comprehensive knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
