Accounts Assistant
Full-time, Part-time - Temporarily remote
Job Description
Accurately preparing/submitting monthly analysis and month end reports.
Day to day dealings with sales/purchase and nominal ledgers, including inputting of purchase and sales invoices. Preparing supplier payment runs, reconciling supplier accounts, assisting with preparation of payroll, raising and preparing sales invoices, assisting the company accountant with any accounts related work.
Weekly reconciling of bank accounts for various businesses within the group.
Management reporting, P&L and balance sheet reporting experience preferred but not essential.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Sage trained experience essential, sage 50 accounts and sage payroll preferred. Experience of credit control preferred but not essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are important alongside being able to work as part of an existing team. Experience: Accounting: 1 year (Preferred) Education: GCSE or equivalent (Preferred)
