Job Description
Duties include but not limited to:
Working on a large ledger for several businesses within the group
Match, batch and code invoices
Dealing with manual and foreign payments
Preparing payment runs / BACS payments
Query handling
Dealing with suppliers
Statement reconciliations
Ad-hoc duties across the purchase ledger function

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Covering a planned absence, this would suit someone that may recently have been made redundant and looking to stay in employment or alternatively someone that is happy to work temporarily in an office-based environment. You must have a very good level of ledger experience and be used to meeting tight deadlines, processing high volumes and be pro-active in dealing with a multitude of queries. Experience: Purchase ledger: 3 years (Preferred)
