An established Accountancy Firm based in Woking are seeking an ambitious and driven Bookkeeper to join their expanding team. You will ideally be studying towards AAT and have worked in an Accountancy Firm previously. A study package towards AAT is available for the right candidate.

Salary £20-25K

Bookkeeper Duties:

· Processing purchase invoices and updating purchase ledger

· Processing sales invoices and updating sales ledger

· Performing bank, Paypal, Credit card and online sale reconciliations

· Control account reconciliations

· Foreign currency transactions

· Processing journals

· Assist with completion and filing of VAT returns

· Using client systems to provide data

· Client administration

· Maintaining client pension records and monthly pension processing

· Payroll and auto enrolment pension processing experience desirable
